Informed by twenty years of studies in various styles and over a decade of teaching, Meghan’s developed a keen sense for a clear, mindful, and inspired yoga practice. Her vinyasa classes are known for their anatomically-informed sequencing and steady, breath-centered anchoring.
Meghan’s teaching is rooted in her understanding that the practice of yoga offers invaluable tools to inquire, support and regulate oneself - and she encourages her students to utilize these tools as a means of recognizing and remembering their innate steadiness.
Vinyasa classes are often challenging, always thoughtful and are designed to send students on a path to feeling strong, calm, multi-dimensional and balanced. Restorative classes are supportive and quiet allowing ample space for true self care ;-).
Meghan is grateful to have studied with an incredible group of inspirational teachers throughout the years, and is certified by Jason Crandell & Judith Hanson Lasater.
